Cancellations are only considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.

If your order is already out for delivery and you wish to cancel, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, food, eatables, or similar goods.
However, a refund or replacement may be issued if you can establish that the quality of the delivered product was not satisfactory.

If the product received does not match what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
